Ayurvedic Dry Herbal Powder & Abdominal Massage - Udvartana & Nabhi Abhyanga

An Ayurvedic dry herbal powder and abdomen massage relaxes abdominal and lower back muscles, stimulates and improves blood & lymph circulation bringing health, balance and wellbeing. Harmful toxins are flushed out of the body with the help of the herbal powders, paste, oils and massage techniques. Excess dosha is reduced in the process and the body is nurtured with a perfect balance.
